Kelly Terrien epitomizes the character of a genuine leader who actively focuses upon making a positive difference in the services provided to customers while improving the quality of life of company employees and the surrounding communities in which they live. As a Veteran entrepreneur, Kelly built STS with effective leadership, customer service, and community service in mind. These qualities, which are the pillars of STS’s culture, exemplify Kelly’s noteworthy accomplishments as STS’s Founder, President & CEO. STS’s corporate culture is encompassed in the company tagline – Innovative. Responsive. Committed. –  Ms. Terrien and her employees exemplify these characteristics in their passion for philanthropy. Kelly is an innovative leader always looking for ways to maximize STS’s community impact and multiply outcomes for those in need. STS employees are responsive to their community. Because STS employees are individually involved in their communities, they are continuously identifying areas of need and finding new ways STS can engage. STS is committed both to the causes and organizations it supports as well as to expanding that impact by encouraging others in their sphere to partner with them.


Bev Kratzer is an alumni of UCCS, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling. She began her second career at UCCS in 1997 as an academic advisor and nursing liaison until 2006 when she became the Director of the Career Center. Bev is an experienced counselor with the ability to adeptly assess and guide students at every intersection of their career paths, utilizing her in-depth knowledge of academic programs at UCCS to make specific recommendations relating to chosen career paths. She is extremely capable of creating and maintaining relationships with employers as a means of furthering opportunities for students and alumni of UCCS as well as enhancing community relationships with employers. She relishes her role as Director of the UCCS CareerCenter, and looks forward to working with students, alumni, and employers at all levels of their career exploration and opportunities. A 2015 recipient of the Rich Feller Award by the Colorado Career Development Association, Bev consistently works to maintain her career services knowledge and expertise. She has achieved a Master Career Counselor certification and is a Certified Federal Employment Advisor as well as a StrengthsQuest Educator.


Traci Marques is the Interim Executive Director of the Pikes Peak Workforce Center, the American Job Center serving El Paso and Teller counties. In this capacity, she leads the Workforce Center in its mission to connect vital businesses with work-ready job seekers and employer-driven services. She provides leadership, direction and oversight and is responsible for long-range planning, development, direction, implementation and evaluation of programs supporting regional workforce development. She previously served as Deputy Director and prior to that served as Customer Service and Community Outreach Director, and as the Business Relations Group Team Lead. She serves as co-chair of the Military, Veterans and Spouses Coalition representing more than 25 community organizations with resources focused on helping transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses find meaningful employment. For these efforts, Ms. Marques has been recognized for excellence by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment for contributions to improvement and modernization of veteran’s services. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications Management from Indiana University, Bloomington, College of Arts and Sciences.
