Thank you to everyone who attended our January 17th event, Why Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch! It was one of our favorite PEF events yet.
We heard from Peak Executive Forum board member Trevor Dierdorff on his experience with Amnet, and how he took his company from being one with a terrible culture that led to the loss of one of their best clients, to what it is today: a place where the staff is genuinely happy to go to work and goes above and beyond to provide a great experience to their clients.
We learned that a bad company culture has all sorts of negative impacts that leadership often doesn’t see coming. But maybe not so surprisingly, a great one has some amazing benefits.
Check out Trevor’s full presentation here.
And don’t forget to go here and put the next PEF event on your calendar!
