For some, “Strategy” and “Strategic Planning” is something that is done once a year showing results in a simple report. Others believe it is market position, operational effectiveness or an idea or business model.
 
Join us for a panel discussion on the benefits of strategic planning, offsite locations and how employers can take what they build and implement it to produce innovative ideas which then serve as a core framework for the company’s future.
