Today Scott is a proud CSU Alumni, and he owns one of Colorado’s premier construction companies, Bryan Construction, Inc.Under Scott’s leadership, Bryan Construction has grown into a $150+ million company who constructs projects for the private, public, and Federal Government sectors. With over 10 million square feet and counting, Scott has delivered award winning projects throughout the United States and has now branched into the Middle East.

Scott ‘s secret to success is not really a secret at all: Be bold in your quest to consistently rise to a new level. Scott refers to this as Performance Excellence. Scott is a senior partner with Pann/DeYoung Wealth Management. He began his financial services career in 1986. Scott provides holistic, multi-generational wealth management services to middle market business owners, corporate executives, medical professionals and select high-net-worth families. He has advanced credentials created specifically for wealth managers who work with high-net-worth clients on the life cycle of wealth: accumulation, preservation and distribution. He identifies and analyzes challenges facing high net worth clients and develops specific strategies to minimize taxes, monetize and protect assets, maximize growth and transfer wealth.
Scott received an Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance from Colorado State University. He has also received specialized training in areas including: behavioral finance, charitable and estate planning, planning for closely held
business owners, planning for executives, portfolio management, retirement
planning, risk management and tax planning.
