Institute (CSLI, class of 2017), and a Rising Star Award recipient from the Colorado Springs Business Journal. Jonathan is a champion for Social Impact, small businesses, and Trust in the marketplace.
Jonathan is the Chair and Chief Architect of the new, international BBB Trustmark Program, titled BBB4Good. This new program verifies Higher-Purpose businesses and will be the first new Trustmark from BBB in more than 20 years.
Jonathan is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In partnership with UCCS, he has created the curriculum for the first course for Social Entrepreneurship in the School of Business. Jonathan is currently expanding the National Institute for Social Impact outside Colorado. This organization is key to Accelerating the evolution of Business by providing tools and training designed to enhance and organize the emerging Fourth Sector of the economy and leveraging entrepreneurial strategies that solve social and environmental issues across the globe.
Jonathan currently serves on the National Board for the BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust, Business Advisory Committee for the Colorado Secretary of State, the Colorado Nonprofit Association, and several other key community boards. Jonathan has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado Health and Sciences Center.
As founder of HugSpeak Coaching & Consulting, she relies on presentation experience from the courtroom to the boardroom, involvement with dozens of corporate campaigns, and cultural sensitivity from traveling and living abroad to advise clients in a wide variety of industries. Her positive, collaborative approach has been described as empowering, life-changing, and even therapeutic. Lauren is an attorney and certified mediator whose academic credentials include an LL.M. with merit from the University of London, a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Texas. She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Rashaad is an active leader in local cybersecurity trade and professional groups and a frequently referenced cybersecurity subject matter expert for trade organizations such as ISC2, NJBIA, NJBA, and others. His credentials include CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional – one of the gold standards in information security accreditations.
In addition to cybersecurity, he is actively involved in the community, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the New Jersey Business and Industry Association.
Rashaad is also the Founder of ApprenticeIT. ApprenticeIT is an experiential learning program where students are taught the latest in IT skills alongside senior engineer mentors from Domain while they provide services to local businesses. ApprenticeIT bridges the gap between education and employment while at the same time providing low cost IT services to local businesses and organizations. It is one of the first Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeships for IT Generalists in the State of New Jersey.
Rashaad is the recipient of numerous awards, including Innovator of the Year 2016 by the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce, the 2017 David Sarnoff Award for Advocacy and Community Engagement, and the 2018 MCCC Foundation Spirit of Education Award. Rashaad and his partner (and wife) Michelle Bajwa are Founders of the Domain Future Tech Academy with the Boys and Girls Club of Trenton. The Future Tech Academy is an afterschool program to teach high school students basic tech skills and to create a career pathway in technology.
One of Rashaad’s other passions is alternative energy vehicles. Rashaad founded the Non-Profit NJCleanDrive in 2008 and has been at the forefront of promoting electric vehicle infrastructure in New Jersey ever since. Domain Technology Partners has been recognized by the NJ DEP as a leading participant in the Drive Green New Jersey program with one of the largest fleet of Chevrolet Volts and other plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles in the state of NJ. Rashaad also serves on the Board of Keep Middlesex Moving, the regional Transportation Management Association covering Central New Jersey.
Prior to his role with Domain Technology Partners Rashaad held positions at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals and American Cyanamid Corporation (later sold to American Home Products then Pfizer/Wyeth)
Rashaad is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, and currently lives with his wife and three children in Monroe Township, NJ.
