Maintaining leadership in a rapidly changing business environment has a whole list of challenges. One of the main ones is being efficient and maximizing resources. Whether it’s time, money or personnel, it takes intentionality and skill to do more with less. But those who do really make a splash with their businesses. Our panel of experts features 3 of those people, all with experience in maximizing what they have to achieve the desired outcome. Join us as we hear from Erin Gibbs, Tom Brown, and Ian Lee.
