A Colorado resident from childhood, Lain Chappell graduated from Wasson High School and then went on to attend and graduate from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. He founded Solid Rock Construction in 1995, focusing on finishing basements, but has since expanded with Solid Rock Custom Homes in 2004 and is now experienced in all facets of new home construction and remodeling, as well as commercial building.
Lain meets personally with every potential client to present the Solid Rock work ethic and introduce the rest of the team. He also demonstrates to clients our exclusive online Build Tools: an interactive online construction management system that allows homeowners to see how Solid Rock is managing all aspects of the building process, including schedule and budget as well as regular photos. Lain works closely with production manager Matt Muldoon throughout each project to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. After custom home project completion, Lain engages in periodic walk-throughs during the two-year warranty time* in order to address and coordinate any needed warranty work. This close working relationship between Lain and homeowners fosters a life-long relationship that guarantees Solid Rock is the first place our clients go for any future building needs.
