Perry Sanders, Jr.

Perry R. Sanders, Jr. received his Juris Doctorate degree from LSU in 1981. He has become a nationally known successful attorney representing a diverse clientele from everyday citizens to high profile celebrities. He has done international as well as national negotiations.

As a litigator, he has been appointed lead counsel or co-lead counsel on numerous class actions in both State and Federal courts. He is licensed and in good standing in The United States Supreme Court, New York’s Federal Second circuit, the Eastern, Middle and Western Federal Districts of Louisiana, all Louisiana State District Courts and the Louisiana Supreme Court, The Federal Tenth Circuit and Colorado Federal District Court. He has also been admitted to practice on a pro hac vice basis in numerous State Courts as well as numerous Federal Courts in different States. Mr. Sanders has successfully tried numerous serious criminal cases but currently focuses on complex civil litigation and serious personal injury cases.

He has proven that high level negotiating is about understanding human behavior, thorough preparation, and developing credible relationships across the table.


Wayne Nielsen
W.G. Nielsen & Co.

Mr. Nielsen is the Managing Partner of W.G. Nielsen & Co. and has more than 30 years of investment banking experience. Since 1996, he has specialized in providing customized mergers and acquisitions services for privately held middle-market companies.

Prior to founding W.G. Nielsen & Co., he was Executive Vice President of Kirkpatrick Pettis, a subsidiary of Mutual of Omaha, where he founded and managed the firm’s Rocky Mountain investment banking operations, including corporate and public finance, retail and institutional sales, trading activities and money management services. Before that, he managed United Bank of Denver’s investment banking activities.

He began his financial career as a commercial loan analyst with Midland Bank, a Norwest Bank, and then moved to Northwestern National Life Insurance Co. as a portfolio investment analyst.
 He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Pacific Union College and an MBA from Webster University.
