Peak Executive Forum 2015-2016 Breakfast Panel Series Presents:
Based on the book by Patrick Lencioni, our Panelists will share how this principal applies to their business, how to gain competitive advantage in tough times, why the quality of vulnerability is important, and ideas to inspire customer and client loyalty.
Please note that seating is limited, and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration will close on or before November 11th.
Our Panelists:
Davin Neubacher, CEO
Navakai, Inc.

Davin got his start in business development and customer service at the ripe old age of 11 when he built, and sold, his first skateboard ramp. The very next day, his customer broke their arm while using it. It was while the boy’s father was chasing Davin down the street, that he realized the importance of good customer service.

Today, Davin is the proud co-founder and CEO of Navakai, Inc., a Colorado-based Managed Service Provider offering technology design, strategy, and support for businesses. Or, as he likes to describe it, “a customer service organization that just happens to do technology”. His organization is the two-time recipient of the BBB Excellent in Customer Service Award, was recognized this year one of the Top MSP’s in the Nation, and has averaged 99% client retention over the past 10-years.

Mary Fagnant, CEO
Qualtek Manufacturing
After serving as the company’s President for the past 15 years, Mary Fagnant will step into the role of CEO of Qualtek Manufacturing beginning November 1. Her interest in manufacturing processes began at age ten when she accompanied her father at the family printing business.
During the past 25 years she has focused on shaping organizational structure and culture, and implementing process control as she worked through customer service, sales, quality control and operations management roles. She enjoys problem solving with clients facing metal manufacturing challenges while creating innovative solutions.
She holds a BS degree from Arizona State University, actively volunteers for community advancement projects, and served on several Boards. She currently serves on the YMCA Metro Board.
Ian Glassford, VP
Wells Fargo
Ian graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. His career in financial services started out over 25 years ago at Republic Bank in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ian’s success in personal and business banking is a direct result of his holistic approach and desire to build personal relationships with each and every one of his clients.

Ian, his wife Tatiana, and their five children moved to Colorado Springs in 2014 and immediately got engaged in the Colorado Springs business community – his involvement includes Rotary Club of Colorado Springs and Leadership Pikes Peak. Ian holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses and is in Business Banking at Wells Fargo.
