As a Principal and Managing Director of PlattPointe Capital, Jason am responsible for relationships with private investment funds, capital groups, and lending institutions.With a fifteen year plus history of entrepreneurism in the financial management, marketing, and manufacturing industries, Jason has spent his career in business development and always tries to bring a unique perspective to how companies achieve their goals in a changing landscape.

He directed Rochester Financial Consultants (RFC), a financial management firm that raised capital for real estate and business investments. RFC reviewed and consulted on almost $2 Billion in small business transactions for hundreds of clients.

Realizing glaring need for business development and entrepreneurialism in the sustainability sector, Jason joined Global Food Exchange (GFE). At GFE he was responsible for relationships with private investment funds, capital groups, and marketing relations.

Peter Carter is an Executive Director in the WMA Banking Group where he is on the Structured Lending Team of the HNW Lending Group now co-heads the Lending Referral Group, a platform of partners providing loans to UBS’ clients and prospects to include art loans, aircraft loans, special situations loans, student loan refinancing, yacht loans and small-and medium-sized and asset-based business loans.  Prior to joining UBS in February of 2015, Peter held senior capital markets and private placement roles at Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch in both London and New York. 

Prior to becoming a banker, Peter was a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot in the United States Army.  Peter has authored articles in the Journal of Project Finance and has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
