Gary was hired in 2016 to lead the Foundation after an 18-year tenure at El Pomar Foundation, a $550 million private foundation. With extensive knowledge and experience in the field of philanthropy and the local community, Gary brings a passion for leadership and impact to PPCF. Gary is also involved with several statewide and civic organizations, serving as President of the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners and on the boards of the Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership, the Broadmoor World Arena, and Colorado Springs Youth Sports, Inc. Gary earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology with a Political Science focus from Yale University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Randy Rush is a co-founder of Integrity Bank & Trust where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board, President of Trust Services and Executive Vice President. Randy has been in banking since 1974 and has provided trust and investment management services to clients since 1983. Randy holds an MBA degree from the University of Nebraska and degrees in Trust and Investments from the National Graduate School of Trust held at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and the Graduate School of Bank Investments held in Boulder, Colorado. He also received the Certified Financial Services Counselor (CFSC) designation. First serving as Director of E (Energy, Efficiency, Environment) in 2011, Chris increased his leadership at Qualtek to Vice President of Business Development in 2013 and President in 2015. During his tenure, Chris created an energy efficiency program for the company that reduced carbon emissions, secured renewable energy grants, reduced water consumption and achieved CDPHE Gold Leadership status for Qualtek. Chris manages employee-training programs, Serves on the BOD for CAMA South, and champions workforce development initiatives to enhance the resurgence of U.S. manufacturing throughout the State. Fagnant holds a BSBA from University of Denver and was nominated for COBiz Influential Young Professional award.
